Scope

Kelvarto delivers physical products within India only. Kelvarto.com, is operated and managed by P Raised to M Ventures.

Order processing and dispatch

Products identified as made to order are normally dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays observed at our operating location.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, delivery usually takes about 4 to 7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 6 to 10 business days from order confirmation.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery can be affected by destination serviceability, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, natural events, government restrictions, payment verification, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a material delay, we will keep you informed and provide the options available to you under applicable law.

Shipping charges

Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders. Some orders may be subject to a minimum order value or other applicable shipping conditions, which will be clearly shown on the product page or at checkout before you place the order.

Tracking and address details

When an order is dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email address or phone number provided with the order, where available from the carrier.

Please check the shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs correction. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, an address change or rerouting may not be possible.

Serviceability

Delivery depends on carrier serviceability for the destination PIN code. If the selected address is not serviceable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative serviceable address or cancel and refund the order if dispatch has not occurred.
