About Kelvarto

Kelvarto.com, is operated and managed by P Raised to M Ventures. These Terms apply to your use of kelvarto.com and purchases of products from Kelvarto within India.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are acting with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Products, descriptions and availability

We aim to present products, colours, dimensions, materials and availability accurately. Screens and photography can display colour differently, and made-to-order products may have objectively described minor finish variations. Such variations do not excuse a product that is damaged, defective or materially different from its description or approved proof.

We may update, withdraw or limit products before accepting an order. A product displayed for inspiration or showcase purposes is not available for sale unless it has a price and an active purchase path.

Orders, prices and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept an order when we confirm it and can fulfil it. We may contact you to verify order, payment, address or fraud-prevention information before acceptance.

Product prices displayed for Indian customers are GST-inclusive unless clearly stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charge, discount or optional charge will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment methods are displayed at checkout. Online prepaid payments are processed through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders.

Shopify order numbers are order references only. Kelvarto issues GST tax invoices through its GST-compliant invoice process; a Shopify order confirmation is not a GST tax invoice.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery, including partial Cash on Delivery, may be available only for eligible orders.

Cash on Delivery eligibility depends on the product, order value, destination PIN code, carrier serviceability and other clearly disclosed order-level conditions. Eligibility and any advance-payment requirement will be shown on the relevant product page or at checkout before you place the order. If the Cash on Delivery option is not shown, the order is not eligible.

For an eligible Cash on Delivery order, the payable balance must be paid to the authorised delivery carrier at delivery. We will not ask you to transfer money to a personal account to release a Cash on Delivery shipment.

For a partial Cash on Delivery order, the advance amount, balance due on delivery, refund treatment and any product-specific terms are disclosed before you place the order.

Eligible Cash on Delivery refunds will be sent electronically to verified bank-account or UPI details. Cash refunds at pickup are not offered.

Made-to-order and personalized products

Made-to-order products are produced after an order is accepted. Dispatch and delivery estimates are set out in the Shipping Policy.

For personalized products, you are responsible for checking the text, image, size, colour, file and proof you provide or approve. Production begins only after your explicit approval where a proof is used. No silence or inactivity counts as approval.

You confirm that you own or are authorized to use any names, images, logos or other content you provide. We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative or otherwise unsafe. If production has not begun, we will provide the appropriate refund for content we cannot accept.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer law.

Delivery and risk

You are responsible for providing an accurate, serviceable delivery address and contact details. Delivery estimates are subject to the Shipping Policy. We will provide tracking where available and assist with eligible delivery issues.

Product care and safe use

Follow the product-care and important-information instructions on the product page and packaging. Do not use products in a way that is unsafe, contrary to instructions or unsuitable for their stated purpose.

Intellectual property and website use

Kelvarto's website content, branding, photographs, product descriptions and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and information only. You must not copy, misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its content.

Liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, Kelvarto is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a product. This does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, product liability, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute remains subject to the consumer forum, court or other authority that has lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer remedy available under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively when our products, services or legal obligations change. The version posted on kelvarto.com applies.
